I believe embodied movement is not just a physical practice but a journey of the mind, body, heart and soul. The "practices" aim to bring inner peace and balance,,,,,to find your true sense of self.

"BE'- ing in our bodies more fully supports physical,
emotional and mental resiliency.
Active or passive embodied practices can lower stress levels and change our heart and brain activity. Neurobiology research has proven that these practices can shift our normalized knee-jerk reaction and impulse response to a situation into "BE"-ing an observer, a witness, so we choose to respond, not react.
Our practices can heal, inspire, teach, and nourish the warrior within us. Its steady companionship created a space to transform my thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors.
