I had convinced myself, that I was the only Yoga teacher out there who wanted to drink less, less often and sometimes not at all but couldn't. That wasn't true and so was a lot of what I was telling myself about the past, the present and the future.
While I was diving deep into repairing the parts of myself I lost to my unhealthy beliefs, thoughts, and behaviors everything I was learning always seemed to relate back to Yoga - e v e r y t h i n g.
