This is Powerful right?

Yep, it sure is, but I know you all know that we can “understand” that something is good for us, but that won't make us take the first step toward it. 

​

The incredible life-changing mindset work I was coached with and learned to coach myself with has been an invaluable tool for my mental and emotional health. I am forever grateful to This Naked Mind-Annie, Scott, and Hilary. However, I discovered that mindset work only took me so far.

While I’d love to see you on the Live Call- replays will be shared for you to access and watch when it’s best for you. We will gather for about 90 minutes on three Sundays for a live "Rest In" group experience. Each week, I will prepare 45, 30 & and 15-minute guided Nidras audios for you to use & download to practice anytime, anywhere, from your phone or computer. They will be yours to keep as a support resource. I've priced this in three tiers. $15, $20 or $25 per session. Pay what you can.
