Drinking is ingrained in the way many people imagine a life lived to its fullest. We have earned it.
We deserve it. That's what I thought too until I was ready to do the work for a new normal .
This is a live, online coaching program that will talk about real stuff. Week by week, step by step you will uncover, rewire and release your habitual thinking and habitual drinking.
And then there is the science. Artificially stimulating ourselves depletes our natural ability to feel. The more we artificially stimulate, the less life we feel. We are training our brains to feel less. That means ALL the little things that used to make you happy just don't do it for you anymore.
See, your brain loves the sensory hit but we deplete ourselves. We lower our energy levels and our vibration. We channel ourselves into survival mode and we forget was thriving feels and looks like.
We are always doing the best we can with the tools that we have been given. That is what I was doing. My life was not in shambles. I had no rock bottom, but I also had NO idea that changing my desire and need to drink would so profoundly affect my life as it has.
I want to share that with you.

8 WEEKS OF MENTORSHIP COACHING
Our community gathers. I will cover the ground work for all that you need to begin. It's time to show up for yourself. Together we will initiate the process of awareness, which is not always easy or comfortable. This work will lay the foundation for your journey. It takes guts to get honest about who we have become and the labels we give ourselves. You are ready to launch it to. It is how the impossible becomes possible.
We dig in a little deeper. This week we investigate thoughts, beliefs and your neuroscience health. You will learn how to navigate with awareness. Together we will discover and uncover the stories that keep you stuck. This work will allow you to see what's been holding you in unhealthy patterns, habits and thinking.
WEEK THREE to WEEK SIX
Using the background knowledge from week one and the learning from week two a 30 day break begins in our third week for 30 days. How we manage stimulation becomes the big picture. What are we craving and why? The learning keeps moving inward, while together we begin to get the hang of visualization, rehearsal and elevating you choices. Steadiness and Ease is the way.
WEEK SEVEN and WEEK EIGHT
Turning it around
Reconnected and Refreshed. Growth has come from outside of your comfort zone. The last two weeks we nurture what you have discovered and give it the title it deserves. Wisdom. You will work on vision, values and finding refuge that raises your vibration- building your plan. Together we have shed away the obstacles of our thoughts beliefs and behaviors. Now, you turn it around and begin a new normal. We celebrate your courage and new found clarity.
A habit of drinking or drinking to much will not magically change.
In fact, the longer we wait, the more ingrained it becomes.
It's time to shift that shit and take action.
